Refund policy

At PopUpHappy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.


1. General Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of package was received.

  • Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us first at support@PopUpHappy.com with your order details and proof of purchase.

  • Returns made without prior confirmation from our support team will not be processed.


2. Items Eligible for Return/Refund

2.1 Returns for Defective Items

We will issue a full refund if your item arrives in any of the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The product arrives broken/shattered.

  • The product size is different from what you ordered.

2.2 Returns for Non-Defective Items
If you change your mind and wish to return a product that has no defects, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, inserts, and protective elements that came with the product must be included.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price (excluding original shipping fees).


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns if the items:

  • Have been damaged by the customer after delivery (e.g., tearing, bending, or water damage).

  • Are missing original packaging or protective elements that came with the product.

  • Have been customized or personalized in any way (e.g., custom messages, designs, or colors).

  • Show signs of normal wear from display or handling that do not affect the product’s quality or structure.


4. Exchange Policy

  • We do not support exchanges for incorrect item selection, sizes, designs, or shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Please verify all order details carefully before completing your purchase.


5. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

  • Cancellations after 6 hours may not be possible if your order has already been processed for shipping.

  • A cancellation fee of 10% of your order value will apply.

6. Return Process

  1. Email support@PopUpHappy.com with your return request and the following:

    • Shipping label/receipt.

    • Proof of purchase.

    • Photos showing product defects or incorrect items.

  2. Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with a return address and instructions.

  3. Ship your return using a traceable carrier and provide us with the tracking number or a copy of the return receipt.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • No restocking fees will be charged.


8. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

  • Depending on your payment provider, funds may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account.


9. Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during shipping.

  • Only items confirmed by our team as eligible for return will be refunded.

  • Please do not return items without prior approval from our support team.
